What is Medvine Returns & Refunds policy?

All items sold on Medvine are covered under a "7 days return".

You may return your item within 7 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.

Reason for Returns

You may return your item if your package or item is damaged, defective, product detail or picture is not as advertised, wrong item has been delivered or some parts are missing.

Refund/Replacement Options

  • For valid return claims on items sold by Medvine you may decide between refund, replacement, and store credit (please indicate your preference when contacting us, refund options may vary depending on your payment method).

  • For valid return claims on items sold by third party merchants, the replacement option is dependant on the third party merchants final decision.


When will I receive my refund?

The refund process depends on your payment method and refunding bank’s policy. This process will only begin after we complete the quality evaluation of your returned item.

For Cash on Delivery and Counter service, please send us your bank account details correctly for the ease of transferring process. Please note that refund period starts to be counted once you receive an email from Medvine stating that your refund is completed.

From this period, your refunding bank is responsible for transferring your money (including EMS fee) to your account.

For example, you will receive your refund within 7 business days once you receive an email for bank transfer.
